Plus, your NCC Perks Card gives you discounts at local businesses, and you’ll receive a free one-year golf membership to Iron Valley Golf Club (all you pay is cart fees). A one-time $250 amenity fee is collected at move-in and helps ensure all residents continue to enjoy well-maintained, high-quality community amenities and spaces.

7. What is included in my monthly rent?
Your monthly rent includes access to all our premium amenities, such as the pool, gym, golf simulator, and more. Trash removal is included, with a dedicated sanitation crew that removes trash daily and ensures all trash rooms are kept in pristine condition. Residents are responsible for electricity, which is paid directly to MetEd/First Energy. Water and sewer are billed based on direct usage and posted to your resident portal for easy payment along with your rent. Since our apartments are all electric, there is no gas bill.
8. Is parking/electric vehicle charging available?
Yes, we offer ample parking for our residents, including assigned parking spaces* and electric vehicle charging stations. *Fees may apply for assigned parking, contact our leasing team for availability and details.
9. What are the income and credit requirements for leasing?
To qualify for a lease, your monthly income should be at least 3 times the rent. We also conduct background checks as part of our application process. For applicants who are approved conditionally, we offer a Deposit Alternative Program, allowing you to pay a monthly fee instead of a large upfront deposit (typically 2 months' rent). This can make your move in process easier and more affordable. Contact our leasing team for more details on both the income requirements and the deposit alternative program!
